JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TELEMATICS SALES EXECUTIVE.
1. Generating Leads and Qualifying Prospects:
- Identifying potential customers:
This can involve researching leads, cold calling, attending networking events, or following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Qualifying leads:
Determining which prospects are most likely to become customers based on factors like budget, need, and decision-making authority.
2. Building Relationships and Maintaining Customer Loyalty:

Sales representatives need to build trust and establish strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Providing excellent customer service:
This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
