RAW Technology Ltd is looking for a Sales Representative that will be primarily responsible for selling a company's products or services to customers, which includes identifying leads, building relationships, presenting products, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will also be playing a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. 

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TELEMATICS SALES EXECUTIVE.

1. Generating Leads and Qualifying Prospects:

  • Identifying potential customers:

This can involve researching leads, cold calling, attending networking events, or following up on marketing-generated leads. 

  • Qualifying leads:

Determining which prospects are most likely to become customers based on factors like budget, need, and decision-making authority. 

2. Building Relationships and Maintaining Customer Loyalty:

  • Developing rapport with clients:

Sales representatives need to build trust and establish strong relationships with both potential and existing customers. 

  • Providing excellent customer service:

This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. 

  • Following up with customers:

Regularly contacting clients to check in, offer support, and provide updates on new products or services. 

3. Presenting and Selling Products/Services:

  • Conducting product demonstrations:

Showcasing the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers. 

  • Crafting and delivering sales presentations:

Presenting compelling sales pitches that highlight the value proposition of the product or service. 

  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals:

Reaching agreements on pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to finalize sales. 

4. Achieving Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas:

Sales representatives are often given specific sales targets to achieve within a given timeframe. 

  • Tracking sales performance:

Monitoring their progress against targets, analysing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. 

  • Reporting sales results:

Providing regular updates to management on sales performance, including forecasts, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

5. Staying Informed and Developing Skills:

  • Keeping up with industry trends:

Staying informed about new products, competitor offerings, and market changes. 

  • Attending sales training and seminars:

Continuously improving their sales skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities. 

  • Understanding company products and services:

Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products or services they are selling. 

  • Collaborating with other teams:

Working with marketing, product development, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts. 

In essence, a successful sales representative is a combination of a salesperson, a relationship builder, a product expert, and a strategic thinker.
